VACCINATION RECORDS If you had been fully vaccinated in Cambodia with vaccines approved under the World Health Organization’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL), you may inform the officers at immigration to temporarily register your vaccination details on TraceTogether for about 30 days. Do note that as the QR code on the Cambodia Vaccination card leads to a page with the information in English, there is no need for you to translate the information on the physical card. More information on obtaining vaccinated status for travel to Singapore can be found at https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/health/vtsg. To maintain your vaccination status beyond 30 days, please complete a serology test to have your overseas vaccination record ingested into the National Immunisation Registry (NIR). The process is as below: · Visit one of the private healthcare providers providing this service (a list of Public Health Preparedness Clinics can be found at https://flu.gowhere.gov.sg). You are encouraged to call in advance to check that the service is available, and the documents you need to bring along for the appointment. · The healthcare provider will do the following: o Sight of individual’s overseas vaccination documentation; individuals without a vaccination documentation do not qualify for this verification service. o Perform the appropriate serology testing o Update individual’s overseas COVID-19 vaccination record(s) to NIR as long as the individual has (i) an overseas COVID-19 vaccination documentation, and (ii) serology test result is positive.
