On the morning of 02 August 2022, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and His Excellency Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore, presided over the Official Opening of the Cambodia-Singapore Cooperation Centre (CSCC) in Phnom Penh.
