Entering Cambodia with foreign-registered motorbikes/cars 

In order to enter Cambodia by land from Laos or Thailand, certain documents are required in addition to your passport and visa (if required). You have to possess the following documents:
1.   Vehicle Identification/registration documents, ATA Carnet or equivalent document (except for bikes);
2.  Driving license and International Driving Permit;
3.  Relevant documents from the last border checkpoint;
4.  Passport with at-least-6-month validity or equivalent document; and
5.  Visa (Visa on arrival is available upon request). There are Visa exemptions for some passport holders. 
 

What to do:
1.  Customs requirements: You need to complete a “Customs Declaration Form” to be permitted to temporarily bring your own vehicle into Cambodia for your travel. The form can be made by online prior to departure to Cambodia at: www.customs.gov.kh => Temporary Vehicle. Otherwise, you need to make it at the border checkpoint by attaching a copy of the above required documents.
 

2.  Immigration requirements: You need to complete an Arrival Card attaching your valid passport for immigration police checks
